Sanergy
How can design bridge the gap between a startup's solution and the needs of corporate clients like HR and C-level executives? This was the starting point for the Sanergy project, where we built their entire digital experience. The project started from scratch: there was no website, no platform. Just an idea. Through founder interviews and market analysis, the first step was to deeply understand the business and its communication challenges. Our research revealed a key insight: the website needed to speak to two different audiences with distinct pain points. While HR seeks practical, easy-to-implement solutions, C-level leaders need to see a clear return on investment (ROI) and strategic business impact. Based on this, the project was divided into two fronts: 1. The Corporate Website: The gateway to the business. Using the research insight, we crafted a strategic communication approach that serves both audiences, with sections highlighting practicality for HR and others proving value and ROI to leadership. 2. The Employee Platform: The heart of the service. Here, the challenge was to create a safe, welcoming, and highly intuitive digital environment. We designed the entire employee journey, from their first login and booking sessions to accessing wellness content. We built the complete experience, from a client's first click on the website to an employee's ongoing use of the platform. A project that shows how research-driven design can structure a business while, at the same time, creating a real space of support for people.
